The Lay Leadership & Nominations Committee has completed a Charter for a proposed Leadership Board.   This is the key document for the proposed new committee structure for 2027 that will be presented for the congregation approval to proceed in May 2026.

As the Committee continues to develop supporting processes and plans, we want to give you the opportunity to review the document and provide feedback or ask questions.

We will hold Q&A sessions on:

• January 17 after the Saturday service in the Conference Room
• January 18 during coffee time prior to the Sunday service in Fellowship Hall
