On February 5, we will have the opportunity to listen and visit with Doug Williams one of the missionaries who the church has been sponsoring through Mission and Outreach for many years. Doug will be giving a short presentation at both the 8:30 and 11:00 services and will also be talking to members at the Fellowship hour on the same day.
Doug is pastor of the Mendoza and San Juan churches, and chaplain at Alberto Schweitzer School in Argentina, but in his early years he was the lead pastor of the Coralville United Methodist Church and an adjunct professor at Kirkwood Community College. So please come to the services or have a doughnut and a cup of coffee/juice and find out what Doug has been doing with your donations in Argentina and what plans maybe in the future for Doug and the churches in Mendoza/San Juan.
